(The Centre for Foreigners of South Moravian Region / JMK Centre for Foreigners), registered office Žerotínovo náměstí 449/3, Veveří, 602 00, ID No: 17456517, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", processes personal data nn accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the EU Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the "RegulationPersonal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of providing integration services within the activities of the Controller and its partner organizations cooperating in the provision of integration services. The Controller is entitled to provide personal data to the control and supervisory bodies of the implemented projects and to other entities that are obliged to handle personal data within the scope of their activities. The personal data will be kept by the Controller for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the projects and for the duration of their sustainability. The data subject has rights guaranteed in Articles 15 to 21 of the Regulation which he/she can enforce with the controller. The data subject also has the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
