The Centre in October
Dear readers,
We have had a very busy month. We opened a number of registrations, we met with you on a steamboat, and we also informed you about the flood situation in 4 languages. We are very happy for your continuous patronage and that you share us with your close ones! It is just thanks to your help that our support can reach as many people as possible.
And what are we preparing for you in October?
Jobspin Job & Relocation Fairs
The biggest job fair for Czech and English speakers in the Czech Republic. Come on October 5th, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., to the Congress Centre at the Brno Exhibition Centre (BVV). You can not only look forward to interesting workshops, but also for information about job positions or support for English and Czech speaking foreigners living in the South Moravian region. Bring your kids, we have a kid’s corner at the fair!

Are you haunted by questions such as: what is the difference between main employment, temporary employment, and self-employment (OSVČ) and which is the most profitable for you? What are the rights and obligations of an employer and the employee according to Czech law? Are there other things you would like to know? Sign up for one of our expert lectures, where we will gladly offer the answers. Dates are: October 3, 2024 (Ukrainian interpretation), October 31, 2024 (English interpretation). Both lectures will be from 4pm to 6pm.

As always, we are preparing Open Czech language courses in autumn. You can meet our teachers from October 2, 2024 until December 18, 2024, and talk about 12 topics. You must register for each lesson. We will inform you about the registration for each lesson on our social media and our website. Our first lesson’s topic will be Made in Czechia. The lesson will take place on October 2nd, from 2 p.m.
