The obligation of people with temporary protection to notify of the prolongation of their lease contract
Dear clients, we would like to inform you about the obligation of people with temporary protection to notify the extension of their lease.
If a person with temporary protection lived in a solidarity household or elsewhere in a private residence and they had a fixed-term contract that was then extended, it is NECESSARY to share this information with OAMP (Immigration office) via:
- Post – send a copy of the contract (verified at a Czechpoint) to OAMP in Slatina (Tuřanka 1554/115b, 627 00 Brno),
- Or will bring the contract in person to the KACPU (regional assistance center for refugees from Ukraine) (Hněvkovského 65, 617 00 Brno-jih)
This information does not apply to those accommodated through the HUMPO registration system.
