What is Theatre of the Oppressed?
Developed by Augusto Boal, Theatre of the Oppressed is a theatrical method that empowers individuals and communities to creatively and actively challenge the imbalance in oppressor–oppressed dynamics. It serves as a tool for understanding and transforming social issues, turning theatre into a platform for conscious exploration and social change.
