Czech Grammar Courses for EU Citizens – Autumn 2022

We will open new Czech courses starting September 19, 2022. You can register from September 4, 2022 (18.00) until September 7, 2022 (18:00). You can find the registration lower on this page. 

• Courses are for all citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), who are long-term residents of the South Moravian region.
• Clients with Czech citizenship and from countries outside the EU and EEA cannot register for these courses.
• It is possible to register for only one course.  

Duration of the course: 3–4 months.

Frequency of lessons: 2× per week according to schedule.

Course specifications: vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking, writing.

WARNING: Before you register, you need to know your language level. 

How to register for the course:

1. I am a client of the Centre – if you have already taken a course with us and you finished the final test with at least 70%, register for a course that is one level higher.
2. I am a new client and I know a bit of Czech – you have to take the oral and written part of the placement test. Both parts are mandatory. 

• Finish the written part by 30 July 2022. The number of places is limited, sign up as soon as possible through the introductory form or create an account in our e-learning system.
• We will contact you after you complete the test. We will agree on a meeting and the oral part of the test; it is possible to do it face to face or online through ZOOM.
• Due to organizational reasons, we do not accept Czech language certificates from courses from other institutions. 

3. I am a new client and I don’t speak Czech at all – you don’t have to take the test. Register for the A1.1 course. 

Covid INFO:

• Courses will take place in person at Mezírka 1, Brno. If the covid situation worsens, the courses will take place online.
• Courses marked as online takes place through the Zoom application no matter the situation.

• Choose an appropriate course from the options available,
• Fill out the registration form,
• Before sending, fill out the box “I am not a robot”,
• Click the button “Send”,
• Wait for the confirmation e-mail. We will send it within 14 days.
