Professional advice and counselling

In cooperation with our partners, we provide professional LEGAL, SOCIAL and EMPLOYMENT advice and counselling free of charge directly on the Centre’s premises.

We provide advice and counselling in Czech, English, Russian and Ukrainian. In other cases, we are able to provide interpreting.

We provide legal advice in the following areas:

  • Legislation regulating the residence of third-country nationals in the Czech Republic; the education, health, social security and pension systems with an emphasis on vulnerable groups within the target groups (women, the disabled etc.)

  • Preparing written requests or appeals

  • Telephone and e-mail communication with state and local government bodies for the benefit of the clients

  • Accompanying clients to relevant offices and authorities and mediating meetings with responsible officials

  • Assistance at the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy (OAMP)

  • Debt counselling etc.
